Lauren Wallace
Co-Founder & CEO
Lauren is a business and technology attorney with extensive experience advising startups on formation, fundraising, governance, employment, and product law. As both a lawyer and occasional angel investor, she has guided countless entrepreneurs through the challenges of building successful companies.
Normal Zebra represents Lauren's deeply personal mission to create meaningful change in neurodiversity employment and inclusion.

Wiley Howell
Co-Founder & Design Director
Wiley is a junior at Southern Oregon University, majoring in Graphic Design. Diagnosed as autistic in early childhood, Wiley brings keen observation of how environments can exclude or empower to every aspect of Normal Zebra's mission.
Wiley’s journey as a job-seeker, and his experiences navigating public spaces as a neurodivergent individual, deeply inform Normal Zebra's vision, ensuring our design and operations authentically serve the community we aim to support.
